If you do not want to make updates and changes to your website yourself, you can choose to "subscribe" to a monthly contract to outsource and let HostPrepaid work like your own personal web updater and make changes for you in your website on a regular basis. This can include text additions or modifications, image insertions, and other inclusions (up to about one typewritten page worth). These are changes and additions to your existing site and its design. Any unused portion is not carried-over to the succeeding months. Basis for this category is 12 changes/additions per month
- MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: Medium Volume. Same as the services above, but for up to 25 changes/additions per month, or up to an average of one change or addition to your website on a daily basis

- ADDITIONAL PAGES. (TEXT, IMAGES, ETC.) HostPrepaid provides clients up to 5 to 10 pages (screens full) of layout services for your data (text, images, copy, logos, etc.) free. Any additional page (using the same design you selected) that you let HostPrepaid work on will be charged on a per-page basis. However, HostPrepaid is dedicated to serving you and depending on availability and difficulty of work, we may provide you with the service "within reason" at no additional charge
- CHANGE OF DESIGN. You may change your site's design by selecting another design you like and we will customize and develop your new updated site, with charges already inclusive of regular design and customization services (within reason)
- ADDITIONAL HOSTING ACCOUNTS. Simply choose from any of the hosting accounts and selecting and of our prepaid hosting plans. If you already have an existing account with us, you are eligible to any of our special promos
If you go beyond your monthly "bandwidth" allotment, you can opt to either put a "cap" or temporarily pause the service of your account until the month passes, or you can also opt to be charged according to the additional bandwidth used. You can also pre-purchase bandwidth usage up to a certain amount as well.

Structural changes are modifications to parts of your website's layout and structure such as making extra pages, changing navigation menu elements, etc. This can include the addition of new photographs, images, graphic design elements and changes to the navigation system of your website. Changes of the template color scheme and other minor modifications entail relatively quick turnaround. Heavy changes to the template as well as more detailed modifications of the graphics will depend on your particular needs, the situation, as well as the complexity and labor intensiveness of your project, and is thus taken on a per-hour basis.

Short Cycle is a full and no-frills approach to having a website built. It includes the selection of a template design from the gallery or the creation of a new design exclusively for you, but with one mock-up and very minor or no modifications.
The
Complete Cycle is the full version that includes 2 to 3 mock-up options, and includes all the handholding, options and service necessary to bring the website up. It works as follows:
- Two to three drafts based on the Customer's description of the website homepage are created
- Customer selects a version to his liking and interacts to give feedback or propose changes, where the initial design may be considerably modified, where the Customer may seek multiple modifications until he/she is completely satisfied with the result achieved
- After the graphics is approved the developers proceed to the next stages: preparation of graphic and other elements, provision of HTML, Javascript and related code, compatibility with browsers, screen resolution settings, the general website layout, and everything else
- Upon approval, the completed work is brought up and the website goes online
