DPL Consulting wanted a site redesign to give its website a fresh new and updated look. DPL realized that websites are a strong reflection of a company. Not updating a website gives a bad impression and makes it seem stale, a bad indication of any company. On the same token, an updated site shows vigor, vitality and activity. The kind of company that is not only up-to-date, but can translate to how clients will perceive a company's credibility and base their decision to do business with it. How much more if the quality is top-rate.

DPL Consulting management wanted a site redesign to go with the company's growth and tech-enabled client base. Most of the company's transactions were face-to-face, but with its growing list of innovative ventures being involved in the technology markets, it felt that a fresh new redesign of their site was imperative.
They didn't like to do things in-house or use one of those automated build-it-yourself-quick website software which almost invariably produced mediocre to low-quality results. The company needed a good balance of having low cost without sacrificing quality. If there were able to obtain the supposedly impossible result of getting a truly professional-quality website at a very low cost, then they'll get the best results without spending too much time at it so they can focus on their business at hand.

The immediate solution was to canvass local, regional, and web-based agencies and designers to obtain the finest quality, and being prepared to pay a higher sum for it. This was the common and accepted method. That is, until the company came across HostPrepaid.

DPL Consulting chose a design, and work began immediately. The company sent its corporate information and additional texts and images. As per DPL's instructions, HostPrepaid's design team used some of the existing information already existing in DPL's existing website and made the additions DPL sent.
HostPrepaid also developed a new logo for DPL, including not just designs but a thorough assessment of the company that formed the basis for the design, as well as a comprehensive explanation for the rationale behind the designs.
At each milestone and on every major point in the process, sample prototypes of the layout were placed in a temporary section for DPL Consulting's review.
The beta site became available a little over a week after, as DPL Consulting provided some additional text and images for the site, as well as requested for modifications in their decisions before. The adjustments and additions were made and the site finally went live soon afterward. The migration and redesign was complete, to the glowing comments of DPL Consulting's website visitors, not to mention the added business.

DPL management was very pleased with the results, which ran in sharp contrast to its old site design, and visitors to its website also expressed their approval in the form of rave comments and as we wished to correlate, added business. While no one can directly claim to be the direct reason for its added business, DPL saw its website as one of the key factors for the company's overall goodwill increase.

Anybody can make their own brochure. But to make one that is world-class and of professional quality requires the expertise of a professional graphic artist or ad agency. This can be very expensive. But it is almost always worthwhile. This is what virtually all world-class corporations do.
A company's website works in a similar principle, since people will judge a company by several factors, one of the most important of which is its professionalism and first impressions.
Even if it costs a bundle, companies are willing to spend what is necessary as long as it produced the effective results that projected them to be credible companies that visitors want to do business with.
